A six month, time-for-space exchange for artists who love keeping a space alive and cared-for. You’ll steward the clubhouse’s daily rhythm and, in return, earn studio credits and a full Creator Membership.

You’re in LA to create and pursue your dreams — we support that entirely, and sustaining it is exactly what the clubhouse exists to do. These roles ask for real commitment, dedication, and integrity in return; we’re looking for the right people, ready to deepen their involvement in our ecosystem and creative community.

Important to know

This is a credit-based exchange, not a cash-paid role. Clubhouse Guardians earn 8 credits per month based on shift fulfillment — meet the minimum of 2 shifts/week and you receive the full 8 credits — plus a free $197 Feybl Creator Membership — full access to our space, community, and creative resources. It’s a work-study arrangement: credits and membership reflect your participation in the exchange, not formal wages or employment.

7:30 – 11:30 AM
Opener

Strict 7:30 AM start. Turn on lights and music, prep rooms and common areas, and start spa equipment ahead of opening the clubhouse to members at 8 AM, then wrap up and leave by 11:30 AM.

4 – 8 PM
Afternooner

Support rentals and member needs during the busy afternoon with space care, room resets, and maintaining a smooth, creative atmosphere.

10 PM – 2 AM
Closer

Turn off lights and music, close up & reset rental studios, general tidy up, return rental equipment to Admin room, & lock up for the night.

At least 2 shifts / week  ·  8 credits / month based on shift fulfillment, plus a free $197 Creator Membership
